With over 15 years of experience in the physical therapy field, Evans transitioned his expertise into brewing on a larger scale, transforming a long-held passion into a reality. What began as a personal endeavor has evolved into the foundation of Afterglow Brewing.

Located in the Rail Yard of Norfolk, Virginia, Afterglow Brewing is a pet-friendly establishment that specializes in crafting a diverse array of beers and seltzers. Utilizing state-of-the-art BrewHa equipment from Canada—making them the first brewery in Virginia to do so—they focus on quality and innovation. Additionally, Afterglow engages in recycling initiatives by donating used grain to local farmers within the Hampton Roads area.

The brewery aims to create a stress-free environment where families can enjoy local craft beer and strive to cultivate a positive workplace culture that encourages employees to look forward to their daily work experience.
